Working with two 正社員 contracts?

Does anyone here have experience working at 2 companies at the same time under 2 separate 正社員 contracts? If so, is it legal and how to deal with the tax + insurance?

I’m currently working from home but I finish my jobs much faster than fulltime hours (the actual work I do is around up to 10hrs a week)

I’m also being offered another remote job that pays much better so I’m thinking of taking both jobs at the same time… would like to know if this is a good idea or not.

  1. Unless both companies agree and sign the insurance papers. Bad idea as they will find out and fire you.
