I don’t have good ones. I change jobs couple of times .
1.- I quit and I got an email from HR and Tech about deleting all files on my computer before my last day. So I did it and deleted everything (even in middle of project). They ask me about the files before I leave the building and I show the checklist paper about “delete all”. They were very busy after that lol.
2.- they ask me to move Tokyo, even pay some of the loan if I have house and weekend trips back Osaka. I said that I already paid my house so I won’t go. they offer me 3 to 6 months of salary with no work until I get new job, plus huge bonus and others. I took the offer and leave.
3.- I sent an email to HR asking how to quit, they call me and explain all. So I quit, the issue was before contact HR I should ask my manager , he was pretty mad because I didn’t ask him first, he offer more money but meh 🫤 . I was also ask to delete all but this time it said to change the ownership of all my data to someone else, I change to one of the managers I really like, the issue was he also quit one week before so his account was locked 🔒. So my data also got locked (lot of prototype for new project)
Not me but first company I quit a guy from USA throw fezes at the toilet wall and mirrors 😂
