HELP: ripping + buying Japanese DVDs

I am looking for someone that lives in Japan that can buy + rip DVDs for me.
I will give you the by money (DVDs + shipping cost) by PayPal and you can keep the DVDs after.

I am only looking for Digital Rips (ISOs) of these DVDs.

I am asking this because the shipping prices are very very expensive..
