As a shooter/editor/colorist it’s my job. Your hourly wage should be based on your experience. Absolute beginners would be 2000-3000 yen hourly. Intermediate up to 7000 yen and then I’d say professional we are talking 10,000 and more. You can of course charge based on project/# of revisions.
Regarding subtitles, though I use Divinci Resolve as my software of choice, you might want to use Premiere for subtitle intensive videos for their auto subtitles.
