I need a babysitter and the international school where I work offers a babysitting course for students to earn a babysitting license.
What is a fair hourly rate to pay a middle school aged student to babysit a 4 year old and a 2 year old? I don’t have a babysitter yet but want to know ahead of time. The students that are interested are between 11 and 15 years old.

¥1000 ~? You could probably get away with minimum wage but I think it pays to be a bit generous and foster a good relationship.
At that young age I think like 1000 yen per hour for keeping kids alive and entertained is good enough
