I registered and was given a ETC card with my credit card last month. I then used it with my rental car when I drove to Kawaguchiko. I am wondering how I can see how much I’ve paid in tolls on my etc card? Will it just auto bill my credit card? Or is there an app or website I can use to see my toll fees?

yes it auto bills.
Also a more analog method is if you can get to another etc card reader, if you put in your card and hit the right button combination, the card reader in car will read back all of the charges off your card.
Im with epos and it autobills. It took about a month or two to show up though.
