Hello everyone! I found out I will be placed in Hamamatsu! I don’t have any clue about the city but it looks nice and peaceful! I was wondering if anyone has any group chats for current/future ALTs in Shizuoka Prefecture as I want to make friends there! I am currently in a line group chat with some incoming ALTs. Sorry not a JET a yet, but I was foreign exchange student in Hamamatsu for a year a while back and it was a great city. Everyone was very nice and Mikkabi Mikans are still probably my favorite mandarin oranges I’ve ever had and you can get them by the box for a good price. Enjoy your time there!
