Where can I get my pc cleaned? (Water damage)

Hi guys, im in a bit of trouble, rain got onto my pc while commuting, need to find a way to remove water. I have my whole PhD inside this PC cant afford to lose it (although I managed to get my files on time).
Any recommendations? Im in osaka

You can probably take the hdd out and grab the files on another pc!

Worst case remove the drive/s and buy borrow a PC that you can stick them in or even an external enclusure and find a library.
