My wallpaper is this texture. Husband recently got a nice bit of artwork with a glass front and though I have a stand in mind I want to mount the sides on the wall considering it is quite large and I don’t want it to fall.

Any ideas for placing mounts on this sort of paper without using nails or screws?

  1. Considering there will be definite earthquakes in the near future, I would use push pins, and afterwards you can use some sort of clay to cover the holes.

If you really want adhesive, you can get 3m command tape, which you can use for the walls and pull them out easily without destroying the wallpaper.

  2. If you worried about it falling, they just go with the screws. Your deposite will cover it when you move out!

If you live in your current place longer than 4 or 6 years, the wall paper will be changed no matter how clean it looks.

But I would go with angle wall pins mounts, there strong than the one you put in straight.
