I am an exchange student and am leaving Japan soon, and so I was asked to give a speech during the closing ceremony.
Here it is:
みんなさんこんにちは、おはようございます。 パウリです。 フィンランドから来ましたの留学生です。
で、この夏休の中にフィンランドに帰ります。
私の○○高校での時間は短かったですが本当に楽しかったですよ。
特に○○体操や授業の挨拶はフィンランド人として全く新しくて一期一会の事です。
私の体験の全てがずっと大事にします。
また日本へ来たいとおもいます。 それで日本語はもっと勉強して頑張ります。
みんなさんに、特別先生と同級生に、お世話になってありがとうございました。
A specific point that I had worries about:
“で、この夏休”:
で is quite informal, no? But alternatives are a bit too emphasised on causality. I wanted to imply that because I am an exchange student, I must return home at some point, and that that time is now, not a direct causality.
Another thing that I’d like tips on is connecting the sentences together, as they are very similar (almost all just stop with -ます.

Pick one. Dont use both こんにちは and おはようございます

I’d suggest change this to
フィンランドから留学しに来たパウリです。

Ditch the で
And change 夏休みの中 to 夏休み中(なつやすみちゅう)

Ditch the よ at the end

You can add 機会があれば (if I have the chance), at the beginning of this sentence to make it smoother.
>それで日本語はもっと勉強して頑張ります
Change it to
これからも日本語を頑張って勉強していきたいと思います。

みなさん、特に先生方と同級生達にお世話になってありがとうございました。

Native speakers would say:
私が○○高校にいた期間は短いものでしたが、本当に楽しかったです。
But if you want to say it playfully as a non-native speaker, it’s fine as it is.
>特に○○体操や授業の挨拶はフィンランド人として全く新しくて一期一会の事です。
特に○○体操や授業の挨拶は、フィンランド人の私にとっては全く(新しいもので|新鮮で)、とても貴重な体験でした。
>私の体験の全てがずっと大事にします。
(日本での)すべての経験を大切にしたいと思います。
>また日本へ来たいとおもいます。
(できれば、|可能であれば、)また日本へ来たいと(おもいます|考えています)。
>それで日本語はもっと勉強して頑張ります。
そして、日本語をもっと頑張って勉強したいと思います。

**Even if you have never been involved, it is more polite to address everyone present at the speech.
If it is too perfect, your teacher might think that you cheated, so you might want to put some appropriate mistakes in particles and endings of words.
They didn’t even ask me for a final speech, hell the actual speech for my school was done over pa. I got hella unlucky with my study abroad ngl
