I moved a bit over a month ago from Tokyo to Kanagawa prefecture, previously I paid all my health insurance in 1 payment, so when moving they told me in the city ward they’ll refund the extra amount paid.
I’ve already received and paid the kanagawa prefecture insurance and still didn’t hear anything from tokyo health insurance.
Does this process usually take long time? Do I need to go in person and ask for it?

I’m claiming money back from the times I didn’t have my Health Insurance, they told me 3 months so maybe that will be similar too.
