Has anyone used [Netfree](https://netfree.jp/) (also branded FGBB) mansion internet? How good/bad is it? I took [pictures of the network access port](https://imgur.com/a/npDnR05) for reference.
I’ve visited a property that comes with this ISP earlier today (internet included in rent). Since I had bad experiences with mansion internet so far and not having a fast and reliable internet connection is a deal breaker, I would rather be passing on the property if these guys are bad and there’s no way around using them.
I don’t mind paying extra to get NTT’s Flet’s Hikari installed (area is covered, I checked on NTT’s website), however it seems like the owner is not going to allow drilling in the walls. Even though the unit is new and comes with AC units pre-installed (2nd pic), would it still be possible to route the fiber cable through the AC ducts, like I did in one of my previous homes?
