That’s basically a 9 phone calls non-stop every hour.
That’s a level of dedication that I can’t muster for any aspect of my life. Sign that guy up for a sales role, channel that rage.
>According to the Saitama Prefectural Police, their headquarters received repeated abusive calls from a man telling them they should be fired and calling them “big stupid a-holes” and “tax thieves.”
>Between 30 September and 8 October a total of 2,060 calls were made. That worked out to an average of one call for every six minutes and resulted in over 27 hours spent on the line with them. This would constitute the crime of obstructing police business.
>On 28 November, the 67-year-old resident of Kawaguchi City was arrested and admitted to the charges, adding: “I knew the police would come for me someday.”
>A motive is still unclear but during the investigation police found, from the suspect’s phone records, that he had probably been doing this for years, though only ramped up his efforts in recent months.
Saitama weirdos strike again…
Not the hero we need, but the hero we deserve.
Some call for the stupidest reasons like complaining about kids outside making noise while they play or a car in the middle of the night making just normal car noises.
yet police and fire fighters don’t do anything when it comes to farmers burning stuff causing hazardous VOCs and PM2.5 to spike in the community. Sigh. Japan needs progress in such things.
Is it a new anime?
I burst out laughing when I watched the video. Saitama man is the new Florida man
Here forth anyone airing grievances shall be known as “Saitama Man”
