Just fly straight from Hokkaido to Osaka, or even straight to Hiroshima, then work your way back up to Osaka stopping at Himeji and Kobe. If you still want Disney Sea, go before the trip to Hokkaido. And day 13, Kobe Or Nara, they are not close together.
I read Team Labs was closing end of 2022.
