I enjoy listening to ambient nature tracks to relax or read. I like to read historical fiction, and I’m back on a book about Japan. I have heard this relaxing sound in many movies, then in Sekiro while I was playing, and now in Road to Yomi. I believe they are either a type of insect or a type of amphibian. I find the sound this species makes to be relaxing.
Does anyone here know what wildlife makes this sound? It looks to be riparian wildlife, so in creeks, ponds, or lakes. Most likely a winter/spring sound?
