I have heard print chain Accea does canvas prints, and I’m pretty sure they’ve got a shop in Sapporo! Unfortunately I don’t know what the quality would be.
For what it‘s worth though, my sister is an artist and rather than taking bulky canvases to a print house she takes high res photos of her work on digital cameras and then orders the canvas prints online. Saves her from taking huge canvases physically to a shop and apparently it’s a pretty cost-effective method too.
