as the title says, i’m just not sure which receptacle to use to get the MyNa points. i’m inclined to use Rakuten but i’m not sure which Rakuten service exactly i need to sign up for to receive the MyNa points? I note that MyNa points me towards Rakuten Pay (that appears to be the only one available) but do i need to do anything beyond making a Rakuten Pay account? like do i need to make a Rakuten bank account or sign up for Rakuten Cash or a Rakuten card?

I think you should get it on PayPay, that way it’s instantly available and PayPay is usable in most shops/supermarkets.
Edit: a little clarification on the “instantly available” part: Rakuten card took like 3 months to finally give me the 15k points… But my friend applied for PayPay and got the 15k instantly.
Whatever you do, don’t get them for JRE Points, if you use it. It could take up to 6 weeks to get your MyNa points.
