Introducing UniTeachinginJapan, A subreddit for teachers (and researchers and grad students) in Japan at the university level

This is a subreddit for people teaching at the university level in Japan, but straight researchers and grad students are also welcome. It is intended for topics not relevant to most subscribers in the r/teachinginJapan subreddit, such as applying for Kaken-hi grants, research budgets, school ranking, etc. I’m hoping it can become a useful resource for people trying to navigate the job market and administrative bureaucracies of these institutions.
