Advice for moving to japan. (Planning stage) Change career?

Hello and thanks in advance for the answers. I am a 36 year old Mexican psychologist and planning to move to Japan in two years from now. My current Japanese level is around N4 and i’ll achieve N2 at least by that time. As probably you will notice, my english level is far from ideal, at most C1. I have no useful work experience (I think) since all my life i’ve been a clinical psychologist, and not planning to get a license as a psychologist in japan. I’ve worked in HR, specifically in organization development and training for a year and a half, almost 10 years ago, so I don’t think that will be useful.

In two years I’ll be able to save 30 thousand USD to pay a graduate school or any kind of education and live there for two years. Also planning to work in any kind of baito, but i’m hopping to eventually have a work visa. I have a bachelor degree in psychology from a Mexican university and a master degree in Spain in clinical psychology.

So here are the questions:

* ¿30k USD + random arubaitos will be enough to pass through two years including college fees? If yes, what are the trade offs?
* I have two years to acquire any knowledge or skill here in Mexico, what would you recommend beside japanese language?
* If I choose to improve and get a certification in english to become an ALT do you think does it worth it? not been a native speaker hinders me in any way my chances or even nullify them?
* By the time i’ve finished the master degree or any kind of education, i’ll be 40. I understand that it will be hard to get a job, but no impossible right? RIGHHHT!!?? xD What should I expect given the situation?
* i’m going for the route of studying a master degree and eventually get a job to sponsor my visa, but is there another way for achieving the same goal, like a full bachelor degree or technician school? (i’m already looking find a job here in japanese companies, also not planning to get married with a Japanese)
* Disregarding my preferences or abilities, in which areas would benefit a career change to achieve my goal?
* If you were in my position, what would YOU do?

Sorry for any mistake in language. Thanks for reading all the way!
