Hello! I’m still having a bit of a hard time figuring when words come first or when they come afterward, if that makes sense?
I’m trying to write out “when will this release overseas/internationally?”
いつ海外リリースされますか is what I have, but I am doubting myself over the placement of 海外.

I would’ve written it as いつに海外をリリースされますか。, but I still consider myself a noobie too, even after 2.5 years.
