1. What’s the difference between 迎えるandお迎えする？

2. Does 回る work in the context of the English verb as in to ‘pass around’?

   I am giving a presentation in my class tomorrow, and am bringing an object (a mini statue of the Jomon ‘Masked Goddess’ if the context matters) that I would like for my classmates to pass around the class while I present. So in English I would say ‘please pass it around’ or something along those lines. The English word pass is quite ambiguous and can be used in many contexts, so I want to make sure I select the correct verb in Japanese. Would 回る（まわる）Convey this meaning? If so, would simply saying 「それを回してください」suffice, or is this unclear?

   I need to keep it as simple as I can.

3. I’m trying to further my understanding of japanese culture in terms of suffixes like -chan and -kun. I’m not looking for advice on speaking, but rather to get the nuance when watching anime/dramas.

   I know as a general rule -chan is used for children and family members. But I’ve seen in Jdramas -chan being used for adult women where there is a degree of familiarity. In what circumstances would it be permissible when used for adult men?

   1. When 2 men are childhood buddies?
   2. When two men are really close, best friends?
   3. Is it permissible for a senpai to call his male kohai -chan? In the Yakuza games, Majima uses Kiryu-chan and I’m not sure if that is meant to be insulting or endearing?
