I’ve googled around and can’t seem to find one! Are there any museums etc that are either centred around/have a good section on japanese folklore, yurei etc?
Pre-COVID there were plenty of temporary exhibtions devoted to *yokai* in and around Tokyo, particularly as represented by various *ukiyo-e* artists. I remember spotting a poster in the JR trains along those lines during the past few months, but can’t recall the exact details.
Not sure about any permanent exhibitions or museums along those lines. Best bet might be to hit up the websites of major exibition spaces (Bunkamura, etc) and see if they have a mailing list you can subscribe to.
