LGBT Community?

I’ll be moving to Japan from Korea at the end of the summer and have been searching Facebook with no luck for any type of LGBT community groups in Japan as a whole or in the Osaka region. My partner and I are queer and having this kind of community has made living abroad much easier. Does anyone know if this kind of group might exist (Facebook or outside) and where we can access it?
