Hi, I was looking for some recommendations for a foreigner friendly dermatologist and an eye doctor that takes Japanese insurance. Doesn’t have to be English speaking. Cheers

Could you be more specific about what you mean by “foreigner friendly”? You say you have Japanese insurance, and since you say English is unnecessary (without mentioning another language) I assume you can do all the communication and read/write forms in Japanese.
I’ve been to a lot of doctors over the years under those circumstances and never found them unfriendly, compared to their treatment of Japanese patients or compared to doctors in my own country.
Shibuya international skin clinic is a great dermatology clinic in Tokyo.
Kinoshita in Roppongi eye doctor with good English. For dermatologist there’s Hiroo garden clinic
