「気合入ってんじゃねーか」was used in Vol. 3 of Slam Dunk, just curious is it read as はいる or いる?

The verb was also used without furigana in Vol. 2 when Sakuragi was talking about how he was getting the ball into the hoop.

I’m usually keen on transitive vs. intransitive but this one is stumping me.
