I’m in the process of making a sole proprietorship (個人事業) and I want to hire someone (a foreigner) to work for me. Does anyone know of a good law firm or similar company who specialized in work contracts + other types of contracts (gyomu itaku for hiring people to do not-set jobs, contracts between companies for offering my services to another company, etc.)? Plus points if they are able to create contracts in a timely manner, are able to discuss the details until proper wording is settled upon, knows about nuances for foreigners working in Japan, and who don’t cost an arm and a leg for their services!
