  1. is there any reason you want to refuse it? it’s free, your company pays for it, and they might find something new that might have developed in the months since last test. After all, you’re still going to get paid to attend it, and not do work, so why does it matter?

  2. Technically you can just ditch the day it happen.

I did it (right out forgot the date), my company didnt ask me to retake it. Done.

But its really depends on how your company want to be serious with the kenkoshindan.

Mine is just doing it because the country ask them to so they are kinda loose on that part.

  3. You can just take it next September at the new company. It is not that they can force you to do it right now, it is not that there is any necessity to do so, and I do not think that barium that often is very healthy.

It is a bad idea to not to take kenkoshindan, but it is obligatory without any ways to force you to do it, so you can just not do it, that’s it. Again, it is a bad idea to skip it, because a large amount of deadly diseases can be healed quite easily if caught early.

  4. Did you communicate to your new company that you took it recently? My company for example asked for me to either take one or give them the results of one taken within x months prior to starting the new job.
