Hi! I have one question about the Visa situation. Can someone with a Dependent Visa (spouse to a foreigner who has a Work Visa) get a Work Visa even without a bachelor degree? I know that usually you can’t get a Work Visa if you don’t have a degree, but what if you already have a Dependent Visa?

Nope. Same rules applies.
The only way a dependent spouse (a spouse of a work visa holder) can get a work visa without a degree is if they (1) hold enough relevant experience in the job they need the work visa for OR (2) if their work visa holding spouse is on the HSP visa (I believe a spouse of a HSP visa holder does not need a degree for a work visa. Anyone please correct me if I’m wrong there)
