Hi! I would like to know if oem car parts are available for purchase?my dad is asking me if parts, like turbo charger, can be purchased for repair; the part will be used in my home country.
First, can oem car parts be bought for self repairs?
second, does this fall under export control regulations?
I tried looking at the car manufacturer website, but i can’t find one.
