I have a line pay card and saw that I couldn’t receive money from it, so I was wondering if it’s possible that I could use PayPay instead since it actually has its own bank. Thanks in advance.
What is the question even? If you can link a PayPay bank (formerly Japan Net Bank) to a Paypal account, receive money in Paypal and then withdraw it to PayPay bank? Yes, you can. As long as your katakana names match etc the usual foreigner problems and as long as you understand that Paypal adds fees on pretty much every transaction. Generally you can link Paypal with any domestic bank account for withdrawing the funds.
