I’m trying to buy the Google Pixel 7 in the Google Store, I’ll use my Pixel 6 as trade-in and it’s asking for Government Issued ID card, I thought it was Zairyu Card but the trade-in package wasn’t delivered and back to the sender, in the tracking page it shows “address unknown”. So I was thinking if the Government Issued ID card is My number card?

Probably just a postal mishap? Not everyone has a my number card, so zairyu card should be OK. Have you tried contacting the customer service about it?
