Can somebody please help me on what should I do and the step that I take to achieve this.

Are you currently in Japan?
Can you speak and read Japanese fluently?
Do you already have some money (at least a few thousand dollars) saved up?
If the answers to all of the above are not “yes,” then I’d have to be real with you and say it’s not going to happen. Unless illegally harvesting rice for a handful of yen per day and sleeping in a ditch is your idea of a good time.
