2. I’m not very familiar with the power situation, so I’m sure there’s something I’m missing, but I don’t really understand what the deal is with the nuclear plants. What exactly are they waiting for to spin them back up? Is there an actual timeline? I know the Fukushima incident brought about some bad times and some bad press, but asking a bunch of people gradually cooking or freezing under worsening climate conditions to stop using power seems like a worse solution than getting those plants operative again
