softbank charged me 15,000 yen for 通話料？

I’ve never been charged more than 1000 yen for this, i maybe have less than 1 hours of calls per month. How can this happen? Could it be a billing mistake on their end?

  1. look online at softbank mypage for an itemized list? you might have called some navidial number that costs but even then you’d need to be on the phone for a while…

    as for billing mistake pretty unlikely… haven’t heard of such ever.
