I, like some of you may relate to, am separated from a loved one, and am doing my best to get back to them. I’m attempting to apply to as many dispatch companies that can get me in the country as possible. My only problem is: a lot of these places interview and ship off at different times. If I sign on with someone who doesn’t pay as well but can ship me off sooner, what’s the protocol for switching over if another company offers something better while I’m in country? What are some typical penalties for breaking contract? Thanks for any help, COVID really has messed things up for everyone.

They aren’t issuing work visas for those companies.
Unfortunately you just have to wait. You can apply now and get a job offer but you can’t get a visa at this time.
For the former just keep applying till you get the best offer take that offer and wait for visa’s to come back. Problem is most dispatch already have full waiting lists and are not hiring.
