Hello, I’ve got a My Number card and a USB reader, and have used it to log into the nenkin net system. I see in the PR application requirements an option to provide screenshots of nenkin payment history. But logging into the system, getting the 最新情報 yields a page and PDF that just appears to count up number of payments and types (厚生年金または国民年金), but not actual payment amounts or dates. Is this adequate to meet the requirements for PR application?
And when it comes to required health insurance payment history (last full year), does anyone know where I can obtain this? Or the English info is misleading, and a copy of the card itself is adequate?

Have you contacted Citizen’s Network for Global Activities?
Which pension are you enrolled in for the last 2 years?
I.e are you category 1 (Kokumin Nenkin) or category 2 (Kosei Nenkin…. Shakai Hoken)
If you’re category 2 then you don’t need to worry about the payment dates.
If you’re category 1 (or have any category 1 payments in the past 2 years) then you need to also include the payment receipt for each month of Kokumin Nenkin. This is to prove you paid on time.
Kokumin nenkin you can go to a nenkin office. For kokumin hoken, that is handled by city hall so maybe you can get stuff there.
For me since I was on shakai hoken I just included my gensenchyoshyuhyo from my company which shows that it was paid for. For my kosei nenkin I just printed out from nenkin.net.
