Guidance for studying in Japan

Context:
I am an Indian student who graduated from my 4-year undergraduate course at tier 1 private university in India, want to get enrolled in an English-taught Japanese national University with electronics and computer science background. I am thinking of applying to schools in the year of 2024-2025 academic year. But I am getting confused with the application requirements and entrance examination.

From my own research, I have got a few schools that cater to my needs.
* [Graduate School of Information Sciences, Univesity of Tokyo](https://www.u-tokyo.ac.jp/en/academics/graduate_schools.html)
* [Graduate School of Informatics, Kyoto University](http://www.i.kyoto-u.ac.jp/en/introduction/g30.html)
* [Department of computer science, Graduate School of Systems Design, Tokyo Metropolitan University](https://www.sd.tmu.ac.jp/english/academics/graduate.html)

Does my question lie that how am I going to prepare for the entrance examination in these universities?
I need to clear MEXT, TOEFFL-iBT, JPLT, and their own entrance examination. Any resources (Free are better) with a clear plan are very appreciated. There are huge data and I need to get a clear Idea.

Also, there is a question of probability, Since the education quality of my country is not on par with the more developed countries, Am I qualified enough to pursue this path? What Universities do I have more chance of getting admitted into in Japan? The thing is that I have forgotten the majority of the course content from my 4-year course due to lack of practice.

Thank you
