I already deposited money in my account and don’t really get what should I do at this point.

Are you working? If so, bring proof of that to any Yucho branch and tell them to remove the 非居住者 restriction. If you aren’t, your only option is to wait 6 month, because you are 非居住者 and are limited by law on what you can and can’t do.
Either that, or you have not registered the ゆうちょ認証アプリ
