Register a Japanese Amazon account then use it to buy Kindle books and Audible. It is the most straightforward approach, you may need to use VPN though.
I don’t know your level, but if it is advanced…How about something like this?
Otherwise, tadoku.org has free Japanese e-books that come with audio files. They are short.
As someone else mentioned, audible is a good source. what they did not mention, is that you can try one month for free and listen to as many audiobooks as you wish. after that, for 14 dollars a month, you will get audible unlimited which unlike the regular audible, allows you to listen to almost any book, without the need to buy individual titles. All you can listen for the same price.

else, if you really, really don’t want (or cannot afford ) to spend any money at all, there are several YouTube channels offering audio dramas and audiobooks for free, you have to look around. type æœ—èª and browse through. [https://audiomovie.jp/](https://audiomovie.jp/) is a website with some dramas.
spotify has some dramas too and I assume maybe books, don’t really know. And so on. Be sure to look around for compiled lists of people sharing resources, they sometimes go into more detail and provide more websites or podcasts and narrations, etc.

This channel has a good collection of narrated short stories with Japanese subtitles.
