   grated radish is a great helper with that.

2. I finally got to try this just recently! H mart carries them, and wow they are delicious.

3. Is this mackerel? They come in all shapes and sizes!

   I dunno if it is super weird, but my wife occasionally makes this for _breakfast_ and it is honestly one of my favorite foods. I do the vast majority of cooking but nothing will ever compare to a frosty morning warmed up by her saba shioyaki.

7. Looks yum, but those are definitely sanma (Pacific saury) not saba (mackerel).
