last minute, jam packed trip itinerary

Hi everyone, I have a very short stay/layover & put together a last minute itinerary for a trip I’ll be arriving at very shortly (Today Dec 10). It maybe is too jam packed and I’m not sure if there’s something I’m not accounting for. I’d appreciate any advice/tips, especially for how to get to Narita airport really early Monday morning.

I’ve been to Tokyo once before but I’m traveling with someone who hasn’t been before, hence the jam packed schedule. So, I’d appreciate any advice on key areas to spend time/how much time to spend at each place.

Edit: ideally we hit all of these but I know that it’s very likely not going to happen, so will be flexible/change things accordingly

With your unrealistic itinerary, this one will be will top all of them. The normal waiting time is 45 to 90 minutes around lunch time and you’re going to be there on a Sunday, so I will make it 90 minutes wait alone before you start eating.

  2. how about staying overnight in Narita before your flight? And then taking the Narita line to the airport in the morning.

  3. Shinjuku is not one hour from Haneda.

Also, why are you then traveling all the way across the city to Tokyo station and Tokyo Tower after being on a plane?

There several Pokemon centers, you don’t need to go to Tokyo Station. You can buy Tokyo Banana at the airport or any tourist shop. Same with green tea, laquerware and other souvenirs. All that stuff is at Nakamise doori.

Basically, there’s no need to go to Tokyo Station.

Honestly, I’d go to Tokyo Tower and the find some winter illuminations, like Tokyo Dome City.
