  1. Hi I everyone! I’m on mobile and couldn’t figure out how to post this along with the photo, please excuse my formatting.

I bought these yesterday and was wondering if you guys had any suggestions on how to make each type of noodle (as in condiments, toppings, etc.) I’m quite new at this so I thought I’d start simple 🙂

  2. Try Just One Cookbook’s niku udon recipe from the website. The beef topping is super simple and really tasty. The thin sliced beef can sometimes be hard to find, but there is also a link to instructions on how to slice your own.

  3. For udon.. you want: dashi broth (dashi powder + water), soy sauce, mirin, and sugar. This will make the soup base for you udon. Next time, get frozen udon, it’s 10x better than the non frozen ones but cost 3x the price.
