Heisig for Kanji, but in the order you come across them?

Hi! I’m just getting started with Japanese. I’ve been through the ひらがな with Heisig’s little book, and I found the method very effective for me so far. Now I’m thinking about a next stage (Maybe Nihongo Lessons, or Human Japanese, or Genki) and I was wondering about continuing Heisig’s “Imaginative memory” thing, but only bringing in Kanji as I need them. I realise that the whole point of RTK is to combine together radicals, so each Kanji has a number of “prerequisites”.

My question is this: Is there a tool into which I can input a Kanji, and it will show me the prerequisite Kanji? A sort of “dependency graph” of Heisig’s method? I could then put all of those into a flashcard system.
