As the title says I just moved from shibuya to zushi. The beach is cool but there are very few restaurants, izakayas etc. Can anyone give me some interesting places near zushi beach?

Yokosuka, but you are correct the area is not as exciting as Shibuya.
It is fairly old and crumbly, more than what people imagine considering it’s near Hayama, Yokosuka and Kamakura. Great if you’re into running or hiking trails.
If a social beer is more your thing, there’s a standing bar next to the McDonalds at the station which has a very multinational crowd. Great atmosphere. I only avoid it because I can’t stay for just the one, usually wake up with a pounding head.
Other interesting places? Depends what you’re into. Hiroyama Park and Osaki Park look great and are popular with photographers. There’s a small bouldering gym not far away either. Zushi Marina, Hayama Marina, the Wattman recycle shop nearby has boxes of old Gameboy stuff, Beach Muffin probably the best vegan fare I’ve eaten and they have Yorocco Beer on occasion. La Maree and Harry’s is a fantastic restaurant to take a date. There are surfing classes etc. when the weather is good. I can go on if you let me know what stuff you like.

You may also want to try asking in /r/Tokyo.
