WHV outline of intended activities feedback/advice

This will be a long post as i cant post an image. Looking for advice on this outline- realistically im going to be situated in tokyo as my base the whole time, get a part time job and travel and do trips from there. Not ideal by embassy standards so im changing it for my outline, not stressing work at all as ive heard thats a no-no.
Need a little help (eg in hokkaido section, i obviously wouldnt expect to get ski work for only a month, but its also not realistic to survive a whole year on the £6-7k, so im not sure how to lay it out to satisfy the embassy.) The itinierary gets less detailed towards the end as its still a draft.
