It was a good run. I think I’ve been using QMY-50LP for the past 4 years or so, but when I entered it today it was finally rejected. Now I’ll have to go and actually pick up my pizzas to get 50% off.
On the plus side, that means I’ll get it off on any pizza, not just the large ones. It always felt a bit silly that the large pizza was actually cheapest.

Shoot I didn’t know about this…I was just using the English site to order, but I think that stopped having good deals a while ago.
Update us if you find another good coupon that doesn’t require me to go out in the rain, i.e., when I’m most likely to order.

I think you get one or two 50% off coupons if you order from the app. At least I’m pretty sure that’s what the offer I’m getting spammed in my emails said.
Also you pretty much always get another 50% off coupon when you order, and there are the big 3 day deals and the big Wednesday deal
Pour one out for coupon-kun. Pick-up order discount still remains though so there’s that, though it only applies to pizzas, not the other main dishes.
I can’t remember the code now, but I used the “extra cheese” code for about 2 years until it finally expired earlier this year. They never asked for the coupon.

It started a few weeks ago when the McDelivery App stopped working and I had to download the McDonalds JP app to find that, of course, none of my info was transferred over. Then a week later I went to order a dominos deluxe sandwich and some pasta and found their website changed too. No more mystery picks and my coupon box was empty. At first it looked like I would have to enter all of my info here again as well, but that all stayed, just not a very good design imo. RIP 50% off coupons…..I didnt need to order actual pizza from there anyway
Not only did the 50% go away, they also jacked up their prices. I was willing to begrudgingly spend ¥1000 on a cheese pizza at half off, but it’ll be a cold day in hell before I spend fucking ¥1500 for one at half off. The cheapest large now I believe is a pepperoni, and with a 50% off it’d be just shy of ¥1500. Fuck that. At least Pizza-la tastes better.
The real winner is owning an oven so you can make your own good quality pizzas at a fraction of the price, though. Great for when you want pizza and have the time to make it. Not so much for a lazy order though…
