Hi! I’m currently trying to read more JP text by reading JP game story, but it’s kind of a bother for me to screenshot the screen -> put it into image Gg translate to figure out the reading of the new words -> look up the word in the dictionary.
Is there an app that allows you to, like, tap on the word and then it shows the definition and reading, like what Yomichan does?

10ten reader it works on Safari for sure
Immersion Reader works like Yomichan for ebooks and is adding browser support soon, but it can’t hook mobile games which seems to be what you’re looking for.
You could try running the game on your PC via an Android emulator and scan the text with ShareX.
There’s no way to make it one click for apps that aren’t Safari, but the iOS 16 native way might be slightly faster via the live text button in the screenshot preview (the button with the three lines). You can select words and look them up in the dictionary, or get a bad translation via the translate button. Still a bit annoying to use though.
