Is there a way to set up a Japanese kobo store on my kobo? It looks like the Japanese kobo store and North America one aren’t linked because if i find an isbn for a Japanese book on kobo japan’s web site it doesn’t return any results when i search for it with my NA kobo.
Has a body set this up before?

I havent done it with kobo, but I’ve been able to do it with bookwalker. I created a US bookwalker account with my gmail. Then log into the japanese bookwalker with gmail and I’m able to purchase japanese books. The whole thing syncs so my library has both english translated stuff as well as japanese stuff.
Not sure if that helps, but perhaps its an alternative if you cant get kobo to work how you want it to
I’ve tried and I’ve never managed it, and then I couldn’t even buy books from my country so I had to reverse what I did and that took awhile. It’s way easier to just buy books on bookwalker JP and Amazon JP.
