I need something by Christmas, unfortunately every online store is overpriced and requires at least two weeks to ship to Japan, Amazon included. I am looking for plushies and books, is there any local store in Tokyo that might have R&M merchandise? Or at least some online store that can ship within 10 days?

You can try Village Vanguard or Tower Records. Other than that, good luck.
If you’re not in Tokyo then cross your fingers and hope Village Vangard has something (but will be overpriced).
If you’re on a budget, I recommend Cubecraft.com. Search, find and print out the characters on a thick card stock.
You can either make the cube craft character yourself or give it to them as is.
