If you search for “リードヴォー” there’s a [handful of options on Rakuten](https://search.rakuten.co.jp/search/mall/%E3%83%AA%E3%83%BC%E3%83%89%E3%83%B4%E3%82%A9%E3%83%BC/100227/), but not cheap. But, I would suggest asking at any decent butcher in your area.
